Food donation at Sri Mogileswara Swamy Temple on every Amavasya (new moon day) and Purnima (full moon day).

Dear Sir/ Madam

The ancient Mogiliswara Swamy Temple, dating back 3,000 years, is located along National Highway 4 (NH4), approximately 25 kilometers from Chittoor district. It is a temple of immense spiritual significance. Devotees from the neighboring states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka visit the temple on every *Amavasya* (new moon) and *Purnima* (full moon) to offer prayers and often spend the night within the temple premises. The temple holds a special significance: it is believed that couples who have been childless for years are blessed with children after worshipping Lord Shiva here with devotion. Residents from nearby villages also visit the temple to offer prayers to the Almighty. The 'Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation' provides meals three times a day to the devotees visiting during these two days. The cost of providing food for a single day amounts to ₹20,000. We kindly request your support for this food donation initiative.
