BRRO is operated by BRRO Education Association, a registered Section 8 NGO. Here's how we keep the platform safe for donors and fundraisers alike.
Every campaign is reviewed by our team before publishing. We check the story, photos, and beneficiary details for authenticity.
Organisers must complete identity (PAN/Aadhaar) and bank verification before any funds can be withdrawn — this protects donors from misuse.
All donations are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the RBI. We never store your card details.
Withdrawals are manually reviewed and paid directly to the organiser's verified bank account, with a recorded bank reference (UTR) for every payout.
If something looks wrong with a fundraiser, contact info@brro.org and our team will investigate promptly.
Donations are generally non-refundable once processed; see our refund policy for exceptions such as duplicate or erroneous payments.
Only campaigns explicitly marked "80G" on their page are eligible for a tax deduction under Section 80G — this is set per-campaign, not automatically for every donation. Eligible receipts include the certificate; others get a standard donation receipt.
