How we protect every rupee

Checks at every stage — before a fundraiser goes live, while it raises, and before money leaves.

Fundraiser verification

Every campaign is reviewed by our team before publishing. We check the story, photos, and beneficiary details for authenticity.

KYC before payout

Organisers must complete identity (PAN/Aadhaar) and bank verification before any funds can be withdrawn — this protects donors from misuse.

Secure payments

All donations are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the RBI. We never store your card details.

Transparent withdrawals

Withdrawals are manually reviewed and paid directly to the organiser's verified bank account, with a recorded bank reference (UTR) for every payout.

80G eligibility

Only campaigns explicitly marked "80G" on their page are eligible for a tax deduction under Section 80G — this is set per-campaign, not automatically for every donation. Eligible receipts include the certificate; others get a standard donation receipt.

Refund policy

Donations are generally non-refundable once processed; see our refund policy for exceptions such as duplicate or erroneous payments.

    You donate securely

    Pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. You get an instant receipt by email.

  2. Step 2

    Held in the campaign balance

    Funds are recorded against the fundraiser — the organiser can't withdraw until KYC is verified.

  3. Step 3

    Withdrawal reviewed

    Every withdrawal request is checked manually by our team.

  4. Step 4

    Paid to a verified bank

    Money goes only to the organiser's verified bank account, with a UTR reference recorded.
