Agar aapne BRRO par Google ya Facebook account se sign up/login kiya hai aur apna account aur uska poora data delete karwana chahte hain, neeche diye tareeke se request karein.

Delete request kaise bhejein

Apne registered email address se [email protected] par email karein, subject line mein "Account Deletion Request" likhein, aur apna registered email/phone number confirm karein.

Kya delete hota hai

Request verify hone ke 7 working din ke andar hum delete kar dete hain:

  • Aapka account profile (naam, email, phone, avatar)
  • Google/Facebook login se linked identifiers
  • KYC documents (agar submit kiye the)

Kya retain kiya jaata hai

Financial/donation records (donation receipts, 80G tax records, withdrawal history) Indian tax aur NGO compliance laws (Income Tax Act, FCRA/companies regulations) ke tehat kaanooni record-keeping period tak retain karne padte hain, poore account delete hone ke baad bhi. Yeh records se personally identifiable profile information (login access) hata di jaati hai jahan legally possible ho.
