No — BRRO charges 0% platform commission on donations. A small payment gateway processing fee and an applicable withdrawal fee (shown before you confirm) may apply.

Yes. All donations are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay). We never store your card, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials.
Yes — every successful donation generates a receipt automatically, sent to your email and available for download from the donation confirmation page.
Donations to campaigns marked with an 80G badge are eligible for a tax deduction under Section 80G, and the receipt issued will include the certificate. Not all campaigns are 80G-eligible — check the campaign page for the badge.
Yes — there's an option to hide your name from the public donor list on any donation. Your details are still kept on record for receipts and legal compliance, but never shown publicly.
