Donations made through BRRO are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds may already be committed or disbursed to the fundraiser.
We will review refund requests in cases of: (a) duplicate/accidental payments, (b) technical errors resulting in an incorrect amount being charged, or (c) confirmed fraudulent fundraisers. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Email info@brro.org with your payment ID (visible on your donation receipt) within 7 days of the transaction, describing the issue.
Once funds are withdrawn and paid out to a fundraiser organiser's bank account, they cannot be reversed by BRRO. Any disputes at that stage are handled directly between the donor and organiser, with our support if fraud is suspected.
