Refund policy

General policy

Donations made through BRRO are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds may already be committed or disbursed to the fundraiser.

Exceptions

We will review refund requests in cases of:

• Duplicate or accidental payments
• Technical errors resulting in an incorrect amount being charged
• Confirmed fraudulent fundraisers

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected] with your payment ID (visible on your donation receipt) within 7 days of the transaction, describing the issue.

Withdrawal reversals

Once funds are withdrawn and paid out to a fundraiser organiser's bank account, they cannot be reversed by BRRO. Any disputes at that stage are handled directly between the donor and organiser, with our support if fraud is suspected.
