When you create an account, start a fundraiser, or donate, we collect your name, email, phone number, and payment details processed via Razorpay. Fundraiser organisers additionally submit KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof) for withdrawal verification.
We use your information to process donations and withdrawals, verify fundraiser authenticity, send transactional notifications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Identity and bank documents are stored securely and are accessible only to the submitting user and authorised BRRO Foundation administrators for verification purposes. Documents are never publicly accessible.
Donations are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials on our servers.
We may use tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Analytics to measure campaign performance. Where applicable, donor contact information may be hashed before being shared with these services for matching purposes only.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by contacting info@brro.org. This policy is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
