BRRO (brro.org/campaign) is a fundraising platform operated by BRRO Foundation, a registered Section 8 NGO (CIN: U85300MP2022NPL062531). By creating a fundraiser or making a donation, you agree to these terms.
Organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their fundraiser's story, goal, and beneficiary details. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension of the fundraiser and forfeiture of raised funds.
All fundraisers are subject to review before publishing and may be rejected, paused, or removed at our sole discretion if they violate these terms or applicable law.
Donations are voluntary contributions made directly to support a fundraiser. BRRO is not a party to any transaction between a donor and organiser beyond facilitating the payment and fund transfer.
Organisers must complete identity and bank verification (KYC) before withdrawing funds. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and a platform fee (disclosed at the time of request) is deducted before payout.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to raise funds for prohibited activities, or to impersonate another person or organisation.
BRRO facilitates fundraising but does not guarantee any fundraiser will reach its goal or that funds will be used as described. We are not liable for disputes between donors and organisers.
